William "Bill" Howe Marshall, 81, passed away September 26, 2018 in Houston, TX. Retired Consulting Engineer, Senior Vice President of I.A. Naman + Associates, Life Member of ASHRAE . Native of Beaumont, TX, 44 year resident of Missouri City, TX former Missouri City Councilman and Planning Commissioner. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, survived by his wife Martha Janet Marshall, children, Margaret Hendley, William Minton-Marshall and Timothy Marshall, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, one brother, three sisters and numerous relatives and friends.

Services Wednesday, October 3, 11 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church, SugarLand.
